- October 1962 - The Cuban Missile Crisis.
- Inaugurated January 20th 1961. "Ask not what your country can do for you, Ask what you can do for your country"
- March 1961 - establishes the Peace Corps
- April 1961 - Bay of Pigs
- March 1962 - Jackie's solo trip to India and Pakistan.
- The Life 1917 - 1963
- Suffered chronic back pain
- 2nd child of Joe and Rose. Born 29th May 1917
- Had many affairs including Marilyn Monroe
- Fought in WW2
- Captained a PT 109 boat, saved his crew in 1943.
- Married Jackie Bouvier in 1953.
- Had four children, Arabella, Caroline, John Jnr and Patrick
