    • STRANGE argues that the SAME STATES do not necessarily need to DOMINATE ALL AREAS
      • However, she also argues that their STRUCTURAL POWER may VARY ACROSS them all
    • Highlights IMPORTANCE of INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS
