- Three Concerns to think about
- Millions were dead or injured. Countries devestated. Too much money had been spent on war.
- Wanted Germany to talk all the blame, mainly Britain and France. Germany not allowed in Peace Talks.
- Make sure no future war, but they couldn't agree on how to do this.

- Then they had to agree a Peace Treaty with the losers- Germany included.
