confusion

red/dry skin

low blood pressure

convulsions

fainting

rapid heartbeat

you could treat heat stroke by;

removing clothes and bathing in cool water,

cooling body using wet towels,

using fan,

putting ice packs on the neck,head and groin

elevating ( raising ) the legs.

Symptoms of hypothermia:

grey skin colour

amnesia ( memory loss )

shivering

slurred speech

confusion

loss of co-ordination

 cold skin   

How to treat hypothermia:

raising the core body temperature

insulating the body ( particulary the armpits,head and groin )

drinking warm drinks,but not alcohol
