The Kellogg Briand Pact marked the high point of international relations in 1928
Some of the terms were: that war was condemned as a means of solving disputes and reject it as a policy and the settlement of all disputes shall be through peaceful means
65 nations signed the Pact so it looked like there would be peace in Europe
However, there was nothing in the Pact about what would happen if a country broke the terms of the agreement and the agreement didn't help the League of Nations with disarmament
They countries all agreed that they had to keep armies for self defence
However, at the time the Pact was seen as a turning point in history
Many people thought the Pact made the world a safer place than it had been in the early 1920s
