Main difference between a diesel engine and a 4 an 2 stroke engine: 

• A diesel engine has no spark plug 
• a diesel engine is ignited by hot air 

Safety Components:

• Wear ear plugs to protect your hearing 
• Remove all loose items of clothing 
• Wear closed in shoes
• When working with engines wear safety glasses to protect your eyes.
