Nervous System

The nervous system allows you to-

• react to your surroundings

• coordinate your behaviour

The nervous system consists of;

• your brain

• your spinal chord

• paired spinal nerves

• receptors

Information from Receptors in your sense organs passes along neurones (nerve cells) to your brain. Your brain then co ordinates your response by sending instructions to effectors.
