On family and carers: friends and family members become informal carers, adds strain on carer, informal carers may feel they need to give up aspects of their lives.

Employment: age discrimination preventing employment after retirement

Economic: benefits not being provided by the state for illness or disabilities, lack of access or knowledge of benefits
