LIGHT DEPENDENT

occurs in the thylakoid membrane of the chloroplasts

light acts as an energy  source to excite electrons which create NADP red

reduced NADP and ATP / ADP + Pi are products of this stage

the limiting factors in this stage are water and light

LIGHT INDEPENDENT

occurrs in the stroma

CO2 enters through the stroma and is fixated in RuBP

the products  of  the light dependent reaction are used here when GP converts  in TP which is the proudct of the light independent reaction

CO2  is the limiting factor
