Data Interception

Involves 'sniffing' network traffic.

How to Prevent:

Encryption is required so that the data cannot be read.

WPA2 encrypts Wifi so data can't be read when travelling on network.

SQL injection

Attackers can enter SQL commands into a web page input form to find out usernames and passwords.
