'Great Pan' - Pantheism implying that God is everywhere

'simply emigrated' - cultures and ideas are evolving and moving forward

'gods roam freely' - no restrictions from modern life. Nature is still prominent and triumphant

'disguised as snakes or monkeys' - Hindu religion depicts Gods as animals. Not a negative notion. Deities are always surrounding them and can easily influence their life. Nature should be respected 

'it is a SIN' - 'sin' is emphatically positioned to emphasis the severity of the deed

'to be rude to a book' - respect for…
