Living with asthma requires a well-rounded approach that includes both medical treatment and lifestyle adjustments. Staying active with appropriate exercises, like swimming, can improve your lung capacity without overexerting your respiratory system. It’s also beneficial to stay informed about weather conditions and air quality, as extreme temperatures and high pollution levels can exacerbate symptoms.
