Foreign Policy is how your country deals with the problems outisde/in different countries.
Gladstone's priciples:
- To foster the strength of the empire by maintaining not expanding it
- To aim for peace and avoid conflict- Retrenchment & Moral views
- To cultivate and maintain the Concert of Europe
- To acknowledge equal rights of all nations (moral)
