The location of any business is important as it will affect its costs, revenue and image. An ideal location would be once that:

• Minimises costs
• Maximises revenue

This ideal location would improve to be very profitable! the main problem with this simple approach is that the cheapest locations will often lead to low sales-unless the business sells over the internet, whereby customers do not have to see the cheap location for themselves.
