Outwitting Opponents- These are activities such as basketball and football. These are successful because overcomming opponenents in a competition by directly affecting each others performances. 

Accurate replications of actions,phrases and sequences- These are activities such as Gymnastics and Trampolining. These are successful because the ability to repeat actions of movement as perfectly as possible. 

Exploring and communicating ideas, concepts and emotions- These activities are things like ballet, tap and irish dancing. These are successful because it shows how well a performer expresses ideas, concepts and emotions in a dance. 

Performing at maximum levels in relation to speed, height, distance, strength or accuracy- These activities are things like 100m sprint, shot put or hurdles. these are successful because achieving personal best scores or times and in competition with others scores and times. 

Identifying and solving problems to overcome chalenges of an adventourous nature- These are activities such as cliff diving, climbing and mountain biking. These are successful because it is overcoming challenges effectively and safely. 

Exercising safely and effectively to improve health and well being- These are activities such as circuit trainingm jogging and fartlek training. these are successful because it is improving feelings of health, fitness and wellbeing. 

Endomorph- These types of people have a pear shaped body with a rounded head. They have wide hips and shoulders and they have a lot of fat on their body, upper arms and thighs. 

Mesomorph- These types of people have a wedge shaped body with a cubical head. They have wide broad shoulders and mucular arms and legs. They also have narrow hips and minimum amount of fat. 

Ectomorph- These types of people have a high forehead with a receding chin. They have narrow shoulders and hips and thin arms and legs. They have very little muscule and fat. 

Basic skill- Learned at an early age and transferable but you have to learn the basics before you can get the complex. 

Complex skills- More control in what you do and they are related to a specific sport. 

Skill- A learned ability to bring about the result you want with the maximum certainty and efficiency. 

Open skill- These are skills that are effected by external factors such as the weather, team mates position, playing conditions. 

Closed skill- These are skills that are not effected by external factors or other people such as in a high jump the bar doesnt move and neither does the mat and you will jump as an individual. 

Intrinsic Feedback- Information receieved by the athlete as a direct result of producing a movement through the feelings of the muscles, joints and balance. 

Extrinsic Feedback- Not related with how the movement feels but still improves intrisic feedback. However two types are knowledge of performance and knowledge of results. 

The Respiratory system- Oxygen enters the respiratory system through the mouth and the nose, the oxygen then passes through the larynx and the trachea which is the tube that enters the chest cavity, in the chest cavity the trachea splits into two…
