Applying SMART targets to your goal setting can help ypu to be more successful. SMART stands for:

S - Specific

M - Measurable

A - Achievable

R - Realistic

T - Time bound


- Your goal must be clear (specific)

-  A vague idea is not specific enough to provide meaingful focus.


- Your goal must be able to be measured.
