What is the main difference between the lock and key model and the induced fit model?

In the lock and key model the active site has a fixed shape that is complementary to to the substrate, but in induced sit the active site has to change shape slightly to allow it to fit.

How do scanning TEM microscopes work?

Use electromagnets to focus a beam of electrons which is then transmitted through the specimen, denser parts absorb more electrons, which makes them look darker
