hi! on the most part this quiz is really good! there are a few terms here that aren't on the specification or in the AQA endorsed revision guide so it could potentially worry a lot of people by saying things that we dont actually need to know...but i enjoyed it anyway so thank you!

In our college notes it states. "In vivo methods reliably copy genes up to 2 mbp long." And... " In vitro PCR becomes unreliable for DNA fragments longer than 1Kbp". 
Doesn't that mean that Q.7 is wrong as In vivo is able to reliably copy more dna?
