What colours do methyl orange, bromothymol blue and phenolphthalein go in acids, bases and what is their end point colour?
Methyl orange goes red in acid, yellow in bases and the end point colour is orange. Bromothymol goes yellow in acid, blue in base and green is the end point colour. Phenolphalein is colourless in acid, pink in bases and end point colour is pale pink.
