1750's
Most people were farmers in the country side. Transport was basic on horses and carts. They used water wheels for power. Food sources were fish and meat as there were no shops. Ships were there for trading fruit, veg and materials. The roads were sim

There were factories and the transport had improved to trains. Buildings and ships were bigger now. People would also be factory workers, coal miners and farmers. Machines were starting to be made, so this was the start of the industrial revolution.

Transport had improved to trams and buses. There were also gasometers as they were now using gas to power things e.g lamps. Roads were organised and hygienic and there were more churches. There were mines where people could work.
