I adore music. Moreover, I usually like to use apps that allow me to download music or sound from youtube videos because I don't always have the ability to be online. For me, the best app will always be Mp3 Juice, which I still use. It's very handy and doesn't have all sorts of ads that usually just get in the way!!! I advise you to use it too!
