PM responsibilities: Owning the PMP
The PM with the help of subject matter experts will develop the PMP, PM makes sure that it is approved by the sponsor prior to starting development, and that it is reviewed and updated at key decision points

PM should develop a schedule to show how the timeframe will be met, a cost plan to show how the budget is allocated and make sure that the product development is carried out in line with the agreed quality (acceptance) criteria
