Absorbed in the GI following oral administration

Its distributed rapidly and widely to body tissues including the brain.

It’s metabolised in the liver.

Around 50% through respiration.

Contraindicators
Breathing problems or sleep apnoea, Respiratory failure, neuromuscular respiratory weakness, mental health problems, history of alcohol or drug abuse, liver or kidney problems.
